• Established CCTV Mexico Bureau, managed $600,000 budget for business development, partnerships, branding/PR and daily operations. • Led a team of 7 international journalists to plan and produce 2,000+ stories in Mandarin, Spanish and English on major political and socioeconomic events from Mexico and other Latin American countries, to increase CCTV’s presence in Latin America. • Negotiated with TVAzteca, Mexico’s second largest broadcaster, for a strategic partnership for personnel rotation and resource sharing.
