My role included equity and debt financing for portfolio companies; fund-raising for two VC funds (total size $530MM); relations with institutional and private investors; carve-out/spin-outs of divisions of public and private-listed corporations; IPO and M&A activity for portfolio companies; Board memberships (public and private) including audit and compensation committees. Both funds were largely stage agnostic, from seed stage to venture buyouts, focused on technology-driven companies in software, semiconductors, mobile and consumer electronics.
