As part of the leadership team, helped take Cavium (Nasdaq: CAVM) from early startup stage, through significant revenue growth, profitability & IPO to a leading public company with multi-$B valuation & peak design wins of >$500M/yr. Held executive roles including COO, VP & VP/GM leading marketing, sales, engineering and operations. Drove strategy, roadmaps, customer wins and operational execution. Integrated acquisitions and managed through a variety of macro conditions. Cavium achieved 300+ OEM wins, including most blue-chip vendors across enterprise, cloud and service-provider markets, and fueled critical innovations, performance and growth of e-commerce, security, mobile and networking infrastructure.
