• Working as Manufacturing Engineer to Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures for fabrication, machining, and assembly of space-flight composite hardware. • Served as Chief Manufacturing Engineer on the GPS Solar Array Substrate program for Lockheed Martin. • Developed and implemented manufacturing processes and procedures for fabrication, machining, and assembly of space-flight composite hardware. • Worked collaboratively with all levels of personnel including Program Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Inspectors to ensure the efficient fulfillment of product and delivery commitments. • Consulting with Shop Supervisors to develop accurate schedule durations of the build cycle. • Support and implement lean manufacturing, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications, quality, cost, and reliability. • Responsible for support of all manufacturing lines and machines including but not limited to Layup and Panel Assembly.
