As our lead associate, I played a lead role in the financial underwriting and analysis of all asset-and fund-level strategic decisions including new acquisitions, developments, financings, dispositions, and asset-management decisions. I also spearheaded Menlo's economic, financial, and demographic analysis of potential expansion markets and current markets.
