    Senior Manager, I/T Operations - NOC - 2016-2017  Asked to lead the team that managed day-to-day operations 24x7x365 for millions of network devices across 550 facilities in more than 50 countries.  Transformed a team of 48 to a team of 22 while simultaneously improving incident response and resolution times by moving individuals and resolution responsibility into Engineering towers.  Directed the Telecom Change Management organization, which produced a more than 99.8% successful change rate while averaging more than 1,000 changes per month.  Created a production tools management team, reducing false positives by more than 80% and allowing the company to leverage its investment in monitoring tools more productively. Senior Manager, Unified Communications 2013 – 2016  Directed architecting, engineering, deployment, and operations for unified communications technologies (instant messaging, presence, softphone, and web collaboration) using products from Cisco and Microsoft.  Migrated instant messaging, telephony, web-sharing and presence infrastructure to Microsoft Skype for Business from Cisco WebEx Connect for more than 100,000 users.  Completed a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking vendor selection, core build-out, and traffic migration globally with savings of more than $5 million annually.  Optimized voice SIP core, dial plan, and conference calling globally to enhance organizational productivity.

We also successfully engaged new community health partners and grew our BoD in terms of experience and reach. We refreshed our strategic plan and streamlined our BoD meetings for efficiency and productivity.
