    Based in the Digital Creativity Labs attached to the Department of Computer Science at the university, I mentor and advise those engaged in academic research with practical applications. I help the team of researchers to see how they might licence and spin out their research. I am currently helping develop commercialisation strategies for areas of research including Artificial Intelligence and eSports. I'm also active in grant applications and am a coach on the iCURE program, funded by Innovate UK, which awards grants to post-doctoral researchers to explore the commercial viability of their research.
