Ten-X Talent helps tech CEOs design their companies for scale, implement strategies that align and motivate their teams, and grow into the leaders their companies deserve. Engagements begin with a two-part Deep Dive, where we collect data to understand company growth goals as well as determine current talent, team, and organizational capabilities. Next, we diagnose the core risks, limitations, and friction points standing in the way of their growth goals. Finally, we deliver recommended actions specifically designed to unleash company scale... with intention.

My family and I spent a year visiting 24 countries... sleeping in 75 hotels, AirBnBs, homestays, and RVs... traveling by plane, train, boat, camper van, car, bus, motorbike, tuk tuk, bike, pony, and camel. What did we learn? Horse meat is more tender and delicious than I expected; the US should really get with the program when it comes to bidets, and; there is more beauty in the world than I ever imagined.
