The brokerage landscape in the US is highly fragmented, with 75% of agents working at independent brokerages that have limited marketing resources. biproxi was founded by the senior executive team that built the leading online commercial real estate exchange in the US. biproxi has identified an underserved market segment in the commercial real estate industry and has designed a technology-based real estate marketplace specifically tailored to the needs of the commercial real estate middle market.
