An early DocuSign hire, Robin helped scale the company from 150 to 7,500 employees and grow from $30M to $2.5B in annual revenue. She rang the bell at Nasdaq for DOCU in April 2018, contributing to a successful IPO with a $10B+ market cap. In her role leading DocuSign's global alliances and partner ecosystem, Robin advanced strategic partnerships with Salesforce, Microsoft, Google, SAP, ServiceNow, Intuit, and Deloitte. Notably, Robin led a multi-faceted partnership deal with Microsoft announced in June 2022. With hundreds of partners across ISVs, System Integrators, and Resellers, a third of DocuSign's bookings were influenced by partners. In Robin's prior role leading Digital Sales and Marketing, Robin designed DocuSign’s high-velocity digital business based on a freemium model. Her digital business team acquired 80% of DocuSign’s 1.2 million customers across 180 countries through this low-touch approach, contributing $300M recurring revenue. Robin was promoted to senior vice president in December 2015 from her role as Vice President, Web & Mobile Business. In 2015 Robin launched the DocuSign Women employee resource group and served as its executive sponsor through 2021.
