    Co-founder of Amazon's $2Bn corporate fund (its largest ever) aimed at investing in high potential companies that can help Amazon go faster towards meeting its Climate Pledge goal of operating as a net-zero carbon company by 2040. Responsible for investments in Forum Mobility, Turntide, Pachama, Zeroavia, BETA, Ion Energy, Resilient Power Systems, and Moxion Energy.

    As an investment and program lead for the Alexa Fund, I was responsible for the strategy, execution, and results of the annual Alexa Accelerator, Next Stage program, and the Alexa Fund's Global Investment initiative. Initiated CorpDev's first DEI measurement and outreach efforts which later led to an alliance with AllRaise. Managed over 40 transactions including Pulse Labs, Sensible Object (acq: Niantic), Twine (acq: FreeConferenceCall), Comet Labs, Novel Effect, Aspinity, Conservation Labs, Roby, Voiceitt, Bluetag, Anycart (acq: Weee!), Ejenta, Spiral Technologies, Symbl.ai, Blerp, BlueFever, Kardome, tado, Endel, Doppio Games (acq: Fortis Games), and Sweepr.

    I led the U.S.-based venture capital strategy for GS Shop, a Seoul, Korea based multi-billion dollar consumer products channel with presence in home (TV) shopping, e-commerce and mobile. With 7 JVs around the world, GS Shop acts as a global channel for a variety of consumer products. The GS Shop portfolio includes U.S.-based companies such as Pixlee, ODK and Rooy. I served on the Board of Directors of On Demand Korea (ODK), a Video on Demand (VOD) platform providing high-quality streaming content from Korea to audiences in the U.S., China and other markets. I supported workshops held for global executives attending our San Francisco workshops to deepen their expertise on agile development techniques, product development, human-centered design, and minimal viable product development. And I served as an early advisor to GS Energy's executive office as they scoped a corporate venture capital fund focused on energy innovation (now called GS Beyond).

    Developed the first transportation network to focus on families and the safe transportation needs of kids. Conducted initial market research, broad range of user interviews, use-cases and market sizing. Identified co-founder with transportation marketplace expertise, ran successful MVP experience to nail product-market fit. Designed and implemented best-in-class driver screening and background check system and secured first-in-class insurance to cover unaccompanied minors. Raised seed funding and built initial market presence for Bay Area roll-out.

    I was the CEO of Hara Software from November 2012 until its acquisition by Verisae, Inc. in October 2013. Took over a team of 35 employees, a high burn-rate and less than 6 months of cash runway. I managed headcount, focused on recurring high-margin customer renewals, collected delinquent receivables and maintained a strong brand in marketplace. Moved quickly to pursue acquisition by complimentary market participants and closed transaction within 6 months of seeking a buyer. All the employees were offered work and investors saw a return on their initial capital.

    Led firms investor relations responsibilities, including the raising of Nth Power IIA ($56MM) and Nth Power IV ($170MM), successfully broadening the investor base to include institutional investors from a wide geographic spread. Served as an observer on the board of Imara Corporation, a developer of Lithion-Ion batteris using a unique cathode material handing and deposition method.
