I led Broadsoft's product strategy and market entry for unified cloud communications as a service (UCaaS) into the global travel and hospitality industry.

    SDD sold to publicly held Broadsoft, Inc. SDD created cloud-based features and integration software for provisioning, personalizing, and monetizing enterprise voice and network bandwidth services. A HUGE thanks to the customers, partners, and employees around the world who made SDD successful. We together created great products, a world full of happy customers, and we shifted a global industry toward cloud-based communications.

Affiliated with Ernst & Young's Center for Business Innovation developing management research programs directed at CIO's and the information technology providers serving them. Member of Ernst & Young's Center for Technology Enablement designing tools and methods for delivery of technology-related consulting engagements. Ernst & Young Management Consulting was acquired by Cap Gemini in 2000. Joined Ernst & Young from Ernst & Whinney (prior to its merger with Arthur Young).
