Along with my wonderful team of Talent Detectives at redBus, we constantly were in the lookout to connect with the best of the talent who could be a part of the redBus team. I have handled the Talent Acquisition requirement for redBus domestic and International expansion for skills across (But not limited to) technology, product, Sales , Design , Marketing and CRM. We have successfully hired in SEA to support redBus global expansion in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Peru and Columbia. Along with the the Hiring responsibilities, I also handle the Business HR partnering role for redBus international locations. By the end of my redB us tenure, I had taken over one more charter which was to build and own the project management/Scrum team of redBus. Overall, one of the best career ride I could have ever hoped for!
