    As Innovation Account Executive & Startup Scout, my responsibility is to research and discover innovative early-stage tech startups, engage and establish relationships with their founders, understand their businesses and main challenges, and offer them the right support from our services at Startupbootcamp; including, but not limited to, our 3-months accelerator program and our digital acceleration platform. For our industry-focused accelerator programs, together with the Scouting Team, we make sure that we select the 10 most promising early-stage startups from a pool of over 4000 startups analyzed. I have participated in the scouting and selection process of over 12 accelerator programs within verticals such as Sustainability, Energy, Media, FinTech, Commerce, FashionTech, and Digital Health.

    Technoimport 2016 was born to satisfy the need of the Venezuelan tech market for innovative electronic devices at affordable prices. The company was operational for two years and, under the brand Mindtech, sold over 600 units (e.g. smartwatches, solar power banks) to 5 tech retailers located in Caracas, Venezuela. As a co-founder, I was responsible for: - Digital marketing: social media content and communication with B2C clients. - Product pricing: according to channels, respective margins, and macroeconomics in the Venezuelan economic landscape. - Supplier management: research, communication, quotation, and negotiation. - Reporting: procurement, sales, expenses, inventory, financial statements.

    The four main projects that I was part of are presented below, together with my main tasks: • Business model assessment for a leading company in the soft drinks industry -Developing a baseline of the present state of the company -Defining assumptions for the financial model -Developing a business valuation -Performing sensitivity analysis to the business valuation according to context scenarios and possible action plans •Business transformation: product portfolio, manufacturing, route-to-market, and back-office for a leading company in the soft drinks industry -Understanding of the manufacturing system (plants and production lines) -Identifying bottlenecks and excess capacities -Adapting the manufacturing system to meet new portfolio requirements •Remodeling the commercial structure of a leading fertilizer producer (Barranquilla, Colombia) -Reviewing and strengthening of the organizational structure within the commercial department to satisfy requirements concerning the Strategic Planning -Suggesting a new discounts policy in consonance with the budgeted discount level -Defining relationship parameters with strategic customers •Analysis of the procurement process for an emerging company in the construction industry (Pto.
