Coinverse is the first fully functional "Bitcoin Bank" in South America, offering a suite of consumer and merchant solutions for Brazilians to transact in bitcoin. Coinverse is the first company in Brazil to offer a two-way bitcoin ATM, online exchange platform and wallet solution with bill payments (boletos) and remittance funcionality. It is fully KYC/AML compliant with an intuitive interface and strong customer service. Successfully launched the firm, oversaw technical develop, developed market strategy to fit the needs of the Brazilian consumer, obtained significant traction (Coinverse has approximately 6000 active users) and negotiated the sale to one of South America's largest universal Bitcoin platforms. Won the 2010 leilão with 150MW at one of the highest PPA prices of the year (R$136/MWh) •Led financial, technical and overall suitability analysis of potential acquisition opportunities totaling >1500MW of wind projects and >100MW of solar projects. Closed 3 acquisitions totaling 100MW. •Responsible for all green-field project development in wind and solar including land acquisition, technical, legal and financial analysis, installation of measurement campaigns, monitoring, resource analysis and data integrity verification. Performed analysis of the RFP and created solutions to meet the local content requirements.
