    Sandra was responsible for the development of a new set of planning and implementation services at Online Business Systems, a successful, growing, Manitoba-based information technology consulting firm. She trained and mentored a team to enable them to deliver results-oriented project management, process renewal, and strategic planning services to support the information systems development efforts at Online. Sandra also participated in the development of methods and techniques for successful Information Technology planning and implementation.

Her Prairies team became the top District in Canada in terms of profitability and customer satisfaction. A key to the team’s success was cross functional teamwork and business alignment that resulted from her leadership in developing a focused, cross functional strategy and action plan for business and people development.
