    GenomeSmart Acquired. Scaling Precision Medicine for All! Pleased to share that GenomeSmart was acquired by Konica Minolta Precision Medicine/Ambry Genetics this February. We founded the company with a vision that a AI-powered genetic risk assessment and test recommendation platform for hereditary cancers and reproductive genetic disorders could help more people identify disease risk early enough to do something about it (take action.) Of all the choices, we are fortunate that GenomeSmart found a great home as a foundational building block and platform for the Ambry CARE Program. In under two years, we went from concept to acquisition to global launch - unlocking the power of genetic testing and the true value of precision medicine for potentially millions of people over time. I am grateful to our fantastic GenomeSmart team who worked tirelessly to make this happen. Now, I’ll be on to something new after a break! GenomeSmart is an AI powered genetic risk assessment & test recommendation platform which helps people assess their risk of genetic disorders now so that they can catch things early and do something about it. Serving individuals through Hospital systems, Genetic testing labs & Employers. We have built a technology platform which will help scale genetic testing in line with national medical guidelines.

    As Vice President for enterprise data management for Sabre Holdings, the parent company of Travelocity and a $2.5B global leader in travel commerce, I drove insight, profitability, and customer value across all Sabre group companies leading the global technology, operations and marketing strategy. ▶Developed the global CRM strategy and implemented both Agency and Airline CRM products and initiatives. ▶ Built out new EDM platform and offer across 4 separate business units to deliver highly integrated reporting on analytics, creating a solution that was never possible before. ▶ Led the consolidation of 100+ disaggregated databases worldwide, achieving aggressive 9-month timeline to deliver a unified enterprise data warehouse. ▶ Defined and developed Enterprise Analytics/Metrics & Business Intelligence strategy. ▶ Launched and delivered a Pan-Sabre Hotel Reporting product to 40 global hotel chains that provided a weekly report with consumer data across 292 metrics; product well received in the market and continues to be a key revenue driver.

    Here I led the implementation of an Airline Passenger Solutions (Reservations) global strategy that increased customer value and provided new insights within the $700B airline industry across 135+ airlines. Led global product planning and governance, investment strategy, and global marketing efforts. ▶ Steered new direction in product planning and investment spend strategy; identified unmet needs in the market and defined products accordingly to deliver a differentiated offering within a highly competitive market. ▶ Led the creation, launch, and establishment of the SabreSonic brand for the passenger reservations business. ▶ Supported revenue growth of the multimillion-dollar SabreSonic Passenger management business. Conceptualized, built, and delivered on the product strategy for a next-gen component solution on an open systems platform. ▶ Managed and worked closely with a global community of 135+ airlines to drive a decision and deliver on the annual product plan.

    Serving in a consulting capacity, I defined the joint marketing strategy for two leading global airlines in the Frequent Flyer/Loyalty Programs arena. Consulted with Consultus, a Dallas-based strategic marketing consulting company, as partner in CRM/loyalty programs. ▶ Set-up the U.S.-based marketing operations for an Indian company specializing in CRM and E-learning.

    As SVP of Marketing for this global CRM and Loyalty Management Company that serves brands such as Hilton HHonors, Hertz #1 Club Gold, Sony, and Nokia, I led international business development and marketing efforts. ▶ Won and grew the Star Alliance business for Brierley & Partners, who was contracted to build out the global FFP (Frequent Flyer Program) across all airlines of the alliance. Responsible right from the initial stages to build out the strategy and implement the FFP Global value proposition for Star Alliance. Initially launched program with 5 airlines; quickly supported 13 within the year. ▶ Achieved over 100% growth as Global Head of the Star Alliance FFP account. ▶ Accelerated growth, cultivating global partnerships within the WPP group; cemented strategic relationships with JWalter Thompson, Y&R, O&M, WCJ, and other key advertising agencies around the world.

    In this role, I led daily global marketing activities for one of the largest airline loyalty programs in the world serving 6M+ customers across the globe. ▶ Increased program membership by 15+% and delivered substantial revenue increase within first year by leading the development and implementation of a sales-oriented FFP strategy. ▶ Promoted in two years from Marketing Manager, South Asia, New Delhi, India, to Head of Marketing in Germany; succeeded in winning the respect of peers and employees as the first Asian-inbound expatriate to HQ in Germany.
