Alongside Finance division, drove analyses to define and report on KPIs (i.e., ARR, MAU, LTV, CAC, conversion, retention, etc.), and to determine corresponding growth targets. Led quarterly and annual OKR processes, across eleven departments, and on a company-wide level. Built materials for board of directors, as well as for current and prospective investors.
