I was part of a fast paced, high energy recruiting and sales environment. We focused on placing software engineers in full time permanent positions throughout the Los Angeles area. I was responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting and sales (prospecting, cold calling, account development, account management, negotiation, closure, follow through). During that time I became one of the top performing salespeople nationwide and was promoted in March of 2007 to run my own sales team for our company in Silicon Valley.
