Founding team member who built the European and Asian businesses. Led dismissal of outsourced technology solution and advocated bringing technology in-house. Managed pivot to focus on Asia when US launch was delayed, a key strategic market success factor. Company merged with MRKT and IPO'd thereafter (significant nondisclosed positive outcome for investors). Swapswire business (OTC derivative transacions) is main engine behind $1Bn financial services revenue INFO.NASDAQ earns annually.

Launched world's first electronic derivative broker in US. Led customer acquisition and business development in EU and built European team. Specified and designed product multiple releases of the system. Aided more $30m of venture fundraising. Company was acquired by Garban Intercapital (world's largest broker IAP.LSE) which thereafter was acquired by CME.

Structured, priced and marketed derivative solutions to clients in the Americas including commodity linked/denominated debt, prepaid forward sales, exotics and contract monetizations. Software Developer who build trading platform for Debt Capital Markets and Derivatives leveraging C++ and Sybase development skills. Led key specification of systems design and trade capture capabilities.
