    Served as the Town Manager of a major ski resort community overseeing finance, capital projects, economic development, planning, highways, solid waste and wastewater collection, police & fire departments, municipal golf course, and recreation. In this role, he led emergency response and reconstruction following Tropical Storm Irene, and spearheaded a multi-year economic development initiative to establish Killington as a four-season tourist destination.

    Brought a series of events to town to help reignite summer and fall tourism, led a multi-town effort to establish U.S. Routes 4 and 100 as Vermont Byways and secured hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants and sponsorship from state and private sponsors to support new tourism programming. His efforts earned the Town the 2011 Governor’s Award for Marketing Excellence.

    As Director for Civic Entertainment Group (CEG) in New York City, Seth managed public engagement campaigns for national brands including CNN, A&E, The History Channel and I Love NY. Served as chief campaign strategist utilizing partnerships, events, outreach, digital promotions, and stunts to drive grassroots participation and media coverage. Campaigns for CNN Heroes, CNN Planet in Peril and the A&E Recovery Project won 2009 Gold Reggie & PR News Corporate Social Responsibility Awards. Developed strategic partnerships with the White House, Partnership for a Drug Free America, Amnesty International, YMCA, Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Nature Conservancy, CARE, and others. Produced special events and national promotions including CNN Election Night in Times Square, the A&E Recovery Rally, IFC Town Hall Meetings with Dan Rather, and CNN Fit Nation Tour with Sanjay Gupta.

    Managed statewide economic development programs, health care campaigns, and gubernatorial events. Led a statewide TV, Radio, earned media and grassroots marketing campaigns to sign up 130,000 children, 89,000 parents, and 45,000 seniors for health insurance and/or prescription drug coverage. Developed and launched grant programs and key policy initiatives including: Illinois’ first Regional Economic Development program and the states first Statewide Corporate Sponsorship program.

    Trained and helped open the San Juan Cotzal Municipal Planning Office that solicited and managed over $250,000 in healthcare, clean water, small business, and tourism development projects Established an international surgery program that provided care for over 250 people in its first 12 months.

    Produced major concerts and events in Central Park including: Sting Live, Sheryl Crow and Friends, and the Dalai Lama’ s Public Address.
