    Launched Momseze, a digital healthcare company that provided employer-sponsored benefits to expecting and new parents with on-demand pregnancy and postpartum counseling and support. o Delivered the US’s first parent-targeted mobile platform that connected users via video, voice, or text to internationally board certified lactation consultants, nurses, and baby care experts. o Since the US has only 3.5 certified lactation consultants per 1K live births – 59% fewer than recommended – Momseze, like a “digital grandmother,” connected users with expert advice and support, especially in the absence of local resources. Designed, tested, launched, and rapidly scaled the business. o Served nearly 10K+ families, while maintaining a 99.5% client satisfaction rating. o Increased YOY revenue by 200+%. Interviewed, hired, and managed a staff of 55. o Led B2B business development efforts with employers, health plans, benefits consultants, benefit providers and durable medical equipment companies.
