    As a member of the founding team: Collaborated with the Engineering team to ideate and build the first end to end recruitment marketing platform Established Clinch’s international presence setting up market relationships in relevant regions. Delivered the revenue expansion strategy and sales approach for the US and overseas. I was responsible for sales revenue growth, delivering milestone $1M+ARR numbers at low CAC. Negotiated alliances and partnerships with market leaders including Indeed, Google, Glassdoor, Cielo, AMS and Cornerstone. Managed analyst relations to improve analyst relationships and perceptions of Clinch in the marketplace. Collaborated with the product and engineering teams to deliver the product strategy for the US and overseas. Developed a customer success strategy to enable customers to use Clinch to achieve their business goals. Acted as the public face for Clinch in the US and overseas markets, advocating the company vision through speaking, blogging, networking, event attendance and other outward-facing initiatives. Corporate development initiatives leading to the successful acquisition in 2019 by Battery Ventures.
