The Third Sphere team ran the leading accelerator for startups upgrading cities for climate change founded by BMW MINI. This included selection and coaching of all teams from cohort 3 to 10. We reorganized around partner-led weekly advisory sessions versus a mentor-led model. Produced all workshops and educational materials including playbooks for customer discovery, traction and growth. We increased graduation rates to over 85% - successful fundraising completed after the program. Prior cohorts were at 35%. Many programs celebrate 50% graduation rates.

Mutopo worked with organizations to organize internal and external communities (then more commonly referred to as crowds) to find and evaluate ideas and talent. Some of the best known work focused on problems like energy efficient real estate (www.lifeedited.org), paper waste reduction (www.thebetacup.com with Starbucks) and affordable housing (www.300house.com).
