• Attached to the USD$6.4 billion project to build a World-Class Integrated Resort occupying over 44 hectares of land at Manila Bay, Okada Manila • Worked with project planning team and main contractor to structure work program schedule; ensured timely completion of project milestones • Dealt with a 3-month crunch in schedule and developed a new, accelerated schedule to meet client’s new deadline • Collaborated with logistics and safety team to manage, plan and schedule shipments • Worked alongside the Project Managers and conducted daily site walks to monitor progress, ensure quality in project delivery and solve project issues • Worked alongside structural engineering team to deal with design-related issues • Prepared daily and weekly progress reports for submission to clients
