Supported that growth by driving strategic change across multiple global business units where new significant new operating capabilities and/or scale were needed. Especially focused on the use of technology for competitive advantage in Store Development, Finance, Customer Service, and B2B sales units, and created Starbucks first online business unit.

Led process improvement organization focused on broad based change efforts driving business effectiveness in Seafirst Bank, a Bank of America subsidiary in Washington. Included significant initiatives in check processing, Mortgage sales and services, and Commericial Real Estate lending resulting in several million dollars in annual savings. Managed IT administration including planning, portfolio management and budgeting.
