Their database helps firms diligence and landscape industries better and allows them to find their next mandate, growth investment or add-on. Mainsail Partners made a growth equity investment in the company in November 2019 and I joined the board as an independent board member. I transitioned off the board when Francisco Partners acquired a controlling stake in the business.

I joined the company through the acquisition of TechValidate Software, Inc, the company I co-founded. IPO on NASDAQ (Symbol: SVMK) in 2018.
