Worked with an industry Czar of gaming Rick Thompson, who is responsible for creating some great companies like Playdom, Wildneedle, Airy Labs, etc. Learned a ton from Rick about the business and technological drives and got first hand opportunities to see some of them in action.

VP Engineering
2010 - 2011
Enterprise Business Security, Monitoring of Enterprise Risks, Business Governance & Compliance (GRC) a.k.a "NeoGRC", "Certus Compliance" & "Security Manager". Lots of Enterprise Java, Oracle, Javascript and Ruby of Rails involved. One acquisition, six different releases, three different product lines, Agile development, revamped engineering team. I learned a lot about what motivates Enterprise businesses in these day and age about private cloud/hosted solutions. Sensitivity of corporate data is still a major thorn in cloud adoption.
