    As programming unit head at Goldman Union Camp Institute, I supervised a staff of 45 counselors and 145 campers while acting as a liasion between the staff and the camp's director. In this role I organized and facilitated daily educational and recreational activities, maintained a safe and welcoming environment for staff and campers, planned and executed multiple overnight trips for 100 people, and managed the unit's budget.
