At KOOS.io, we've built a platform that transforms the way businesses interact with their communities. By issuing virtual shares, we help to recognize and reward the contributions of fans, customers, and supporters to a company's growth. The process works by defining a business goal and the actions that will be rewarded with shares. A share pool is then set, and the platform tracks and manages the recorded actions, taking care of legal requirements. When the business goal is reached, payouts are made to those who contributed to the success. This model allows a new business model to form, where all the non-employee contributors can earn a significant stake in the company without changing the cap table. Since our launch in 2023, we've grown to a team of 18, developed two innovative products, and acquired 54 customers, proving that this new business model is not only viable but also beneficial for companies and their communities alike.
