    OpenAI's mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence (AGI) benefits all of humanity. I'm a member of OpenAI’s AGI Readiness team focused on assessing how we are doing against our mission and ensuring our readiness for higher levels of AI. Previously, I was a founding member and Product Manager for OpenAI’s Human Data team, oversaw our democratic inputs to AI program, and led initiatives to enable the safe deployment of ChatGPT, DALL·E, and the OpenAI API.     Led the MIT Club of Northern California, which consists of 14,000 MIT alumni (~10% of the global population) and is the 2nd largest MIT Alumni Club in the world after the Boston club. Overseeing a team of 20+ volunteers that span social activities, professional tracks (e.g., Energy & Environment, Health & Life Sciences, Tech), and a variety of other topics. The mission of the club is to further the well-being of local MIT alumni by connecting them with each other and by fostering a continuing relationship with MIT.

    Scale's mission is to accelerate the development of AI applications. We do this by providing high quality training and validation data for AI applications, and our suite of APIs enable AI teams to generate high-quality ground truth data. Scale works with AI teams at Airbnb, Baidu, Embark, Flexport, Gusto, Liberty Mutual, Lyft, Nuro, nuTonomy, Nvidia, OpenAI, P&G, Pinterest, Samsung, SAP, Zoox, and more. As part of our Content & Language team, I work with customers like OpenAI, Flexport, and Pinterest to help them get the high-quality labeled data that they need to develop AI applications.

    Owned efforts to grow the SMB segment of OneSignal’s business: • Converted several thousand users to paying customers via a self-service upgrade path, helping to enable a $25M Series B fundraise • Deployed feature upsells / gates and marketing to increase conversion and lower churn • Built data pipelines / dashboards for SaaS metrics and KPIs (account signups, user growth, new feature adoption) used by the executive team and other key stakeholders OneSignal's goal is to power the world's messaging and democratize communication tools for everyone from individual blogs to top-tier apps - 1.3 million users send more than 10 billion notifications each day using OneSignal's technology.
