    I have been part of the SquareTrade leadership team since its acquisition by Allstate in 2017 and the CSO since 2022. We operate as Allstate Protection Plans in North America and SquareTrade internationally.

    As Chief Services Officer for SquareTrade/Allstate Protection Plans, I lead a diverse team with global responsibility for: 1) Supply Chain Strategy 2) On-demand mobile repair services (SquareTrade Go), 3) Customer Experience, 4) Technical Support, and 5) Business Operations. We design and deliver customer-first service experiences. SquareTrade's global contact centers and network of supply chain partners ensure that customers receive fast, convenient service for smartphones, home electronics, appliances, furniture and merchandise protected by SquareTrade & Allstate Protection Plans. I led development and transformation of SquareTrade's services and supply chain strategy prior to its unsolicited acquisition by Allstate for $1.4B in 2017. We continue to pioneer industry-leading service experiences and proudly operate as a member of the Allstate Family of Companies, offering protection plans under both SquareTrade Protection Plans and Allstate Protection Plans brands.
