Led the three largest acquisition of the company and its global expansion: $140M acquisition of Pokelabo in Oct 2012, $210M of Funzio deal in May 2012 and $104M of OpenFeint deal in 2011 and the post-merger integration, plus debt financing. Was responsible for holding and moderating regular Management Committee and Board Meetings. Managed a team with +30 members.
