Direct lending covered venture debt term loans, A/R (ABL) lines of credit, SaaS recurring revenue lines of credit, cash flow terms, and mezzanine term loans. Core responsibilities included originating commercial, venture debt, and asset-based loans, as well as selling treasury management solutions primarily for broad technology companies.     Logistics Procurement Officer in the Global Positioning Systems Wing, which is the DoD acquisition office for developing and producing GPS satellites, ground systems, and military user equipment. Key responsibilities were to identify, develop, and acquire infrastructure elements necessary for the initial fielding, operational support and sustainment of multi-national GPS ground and user-based operational systems. Led a multi-functional 10-person team that directed maintenance planning, technical data verifications, operational training development, and equipment fielding for acquired Air Force, Navy, and Army GPS receiver equipment.

  • Air Force Lt., Aircraft Maintenance Operations

    2000 - 2003

    Directed aircraft maintenance actions for A-10, EC-130, and HH-60 combat flying operations. Led over 100 maintenance personnel supporting the launch, recovery, and sustainment of aircraft. Responsible for assessing unit operational capabilities and advising senior leadership daily on aircraft mission readiness. Organized activation of HH-60 combat search and rescue unit from ground up over an 8-month period.
