    I was Managing Partner for Accenture's specialist cross-European technology resources. During my leadership, the team grew from around 350 people based mostly in Sophia Antipolis in the South of France and London to around 1000 people covering 19 European countries. At that point, we decided that we had achieved critical mass and we restructured the group to fall under local country leadership rather than European leadership. I became the MD of the UK team.
