I'm proud to say that I was the first employee to join VNTRS as they expanded from Sweden to the Baltic States. As the top Venture Building Studio in Sweden, it was my duty to spearhead the expansion and ensure its success in the Baltics. Together with a local CEO, I took charge of the market analyses, created a solid roadmap, and handpicked the first team to get things off the ground. Once our dream team was in place, I also led the charge on conducting thorough due diligence and hosted workshops for promising teams. It was an incredible experience, and I'm thrilled to have been part of such an exciting journey. Among other things, I was focused on: - Startup screening for potential investment - Conducting initial due diligence process - Integrating the brand to local community - Creating VNTRS events in the Baltics region - Managing the CRM and investment pipelines - Thinking towards VNTRS Academy - Close collaboration with VNTRS Global Office

Organizing the biggest tech conference in the Baltic states is no easy feat, but doing it during a COVID peak? That's a whole other level of challenge. But you know what they say - challenge accepted! Thanks to our incredible team and their dedication to excellence, we managed to deliver an unforgettable event - the ONLY one in the region at that time - with the highest possible standard. As for me, I was laser-focused on fundraising and partnership negotiations, working hand in hand with the rest of the C-suite team to make sure we brought our A-game. And boy, did we ever! If you're looking for someone with the grit, determination, and vision to take your event to the next level, that might be me!

We are an end-to-end video production company with a world-wide experience in various video-related projects. What makes us special is the fact that we are doing full service from the very beginning to the end, prioritizing our clients’ wishes at every stage of the production. While most companies are doing business, we like to think that we are making art as being creative and coming up with “outside the box” solutions is what we are really good at. Our client base is very colourful as we are operating within different fields. Our team’s strengths are being operative, creative and, most importantly, being enthusiastic about everything we do. To be able to squeeze out the juiciest content from, what may look as the really boring project, is what we do the best.
