    As Managing Director for the National Association of REALTORS®’s Data Analytics Group, I launched and oversaw the Master Member Profile System, and lead the organization's efforts to make better business decisions based on data. I worked with state and local associations to develop opportunities to share and protect member data, and contributed to NAR's effort to standardize member data throughout the industry. As the Staff Executive to NAR's Data Strategies Committee, I helped NAR's members to develop and grow a data strategy for organized real estate as a whole.

I spoke nationally on social media, data quality, mobile technology and syndication. I was also utilized as a real estate industry domain expert and advised Trulia on how to better align the company's initiatives with the needs of the its partners.

I also created rebarcamp.com and built resources to help other real estate professionals organize and promote bar camps around the world.
