Square Peg was founded in 2012 and has grown into a global investment firm with teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Tel Aviv, and Singapore. Square Peg invests in emerging technology companies across the internet economy. Square Peg has over US$2.5 billion in assets under management across multiple funds and has invested in companies including Fiverr, Canva, StashAway, Airwallex, Kredivoand Tomorrow. In 2021, Square Peg expanded into global listed technology investing.

Victoria Capital, VicCap, invests in growth stage businesses focused on the technology, media, online and related industries. VicCap was founded by Tony Holt and Paul Bassat in October 2012. We invest our own capital alongside investment partners on a deal by deal basis, to create a model that combines the best elements of principal investment with the best elements of private equity. Leveraging our combined experience, we aim to support our investments to achieve significant growth in the short to medium term. Our goal is to become capital of choice for Australian, New Zealand & international businesses in our target sectors.
