    A^3 aims to define the future of flight; my goal was to develop innovative business models that would enable the future of flight to be monetized. First up: Voom: democratizing access to vertical lift. This project is scaling on-demand services for helicopters, with a goal of making helicopters (and future vertical lift transport modes) accessible to a mass market audience.     Director of European Operations and General Manager for TaskRabbit, the web and mobile marketplace for services, which was acquired by IKEA in September 2017. Responsible for UK P&L; oversaw all marketing and operations in-country. Grew London market to profitability. Assessed opportunities for expansion to other European metros. Achievements: • Led UK operations for TaskRabbit, a web and mobile marketplace for home services • Drove 50x increase in users on both sides of the marketplace, drove 15x increase in transaction volume • Grew London into TaskRabbit’s fastest growing market by revenue. Developed European expansion plan • Managed UK marketing strategy and campaigns across channels, including: social, local, and out-of-home • Recruited and managed local team and extended network of 500 Taskers • Led tax negotiations with HM Revenue & Customs, resulting in reclassification of TaskRabbit’s UK entity
