Joined as the 1st employee in the org to build out the expansion roadmap + regional teams: • Launch: Launched 9 countries - Egypt, Romania, Turkey, Morocco, Georgia, Ukraine, Kenya, Ivory Coast & Croatia • Team: Built a team of 250+ people to run the markets - launchers, GMs, ops, sales, account management, marketing, finance and dedicated recruiters • Legal / finance / processes: Re-wired the company’s mindset from Spanish to Global, & developed additional checks & balances for legal & finance while greenlighting markets • Growth: Grew the region from scratch to contribute 15%+ of global orders in April, 2019

International Expansion: • Spearheaded Uber's most complex expansion in Dhaka, Bangladesh amidst regulatory turmoil, and devised solutions for multiple bottlenecks across verticals.
