    This is when I learnt how to cross over from IT to business working with a multifunctional team on a strategic customer. Business model which was mainly based on pricing and volume negotiations needed to evolve to Join Business Planning to sustain growth. I created the first international team of IT leaders working with customers. Together we pioneered innovative solutions initially focusing on reducing inventory days and administrative overhead, and then on optimising revenue management with store clustering implementation in big categories and markets, and online shops.

From coding and project management to people coaching and leadership, I grew from a Junior analyst to a team leader, contributing to build strong IT and data foundations for P&G globally, and integrate multiple acquisitions at speed.
