    Lead a team of five Product Managers who support 40+ engineers on Box’s flagship web and mobile products. Lead the rebuild, redesign and launch of our web and mobile applications (All New Box: https://blog.box.com/blog/all-new-box) in Sept 2016. Established company-wide metrics for measuring the success of all products. Introduced wide scale A/B testing across our entire user base by creating new go to market processes and building new internal tools that reduced complexity around testing. Developed the Box mobile security solution that attracted new key partners and large customers. Launched the new Box Mobile SDKs, which drove a 22% increase in registered developers and announced the new products in the BoxDev keynote 2015. Founded, developed and oversaw the Associate Product Manager program including designing the curriculum and interview processes to create a new pipeline and development track for junior talent. Designed and conducted all user testing, managed project timelines, budgets, and quality testing. Recruited all employees including engineers, artists and animators. Managed all social media and customer outreach.

    Drove tens of millions of dollars in revenue within 18 months by designing and launching two Facebook games. Recruited and managed cross-functional teams of engineers, artists and designers with 0% turnover rate. Helped build and run one of the most profitable studios at Disney Social Games with A/B testing as the core for all feature releases. Provided guidance for other studios on optimizing revenue and building products on shorter development cycles. Created product roadmap strategies, product development process and employee development programs that were rolled out companywide.

    2010 - 2011

    Led the design, the development and shipped the end to end speech experience for the Kinect platform. Managed key partner relationships resulting in a consistent speech design across all of the Kinect Microsoft applications. Designed a light weight grammar tuning process which enabled partners to implement speech recognition at a fraction of the cost.
