Independent NED appointed by the Alberta Investment Management Company (AIMCo) in co-investment with CPPIB, two of the major Canadian pension funds, and IG4 Capital, an alternative investment firm specialised in sustainable investments. As a member of the Investment, ESG, and Remuneration sub-committees contributed to important strategic decisions involving: • Investments - bid price, valuation, capital structure, grant discounts, and funding that led the company to successfully win concessions, • ESG - design of the ESG integration framework, • Remco - C-level executive incentives and planned successions.
