    Took a sabbatical from Deloitte to be a founding staff member of ALU, named Africa’s third most innovative company in 2016 by Fast Company • Increased the number of applicants who completed the ALU application by 15% in the 2016 cycle by leading the redesign and implementation of an improved customer experience journey • Generated a 100% increase in lead generation (new application starts) per day through the development and execution of a paid social media advertising strategy in Ghana, Tanzania, and Kenya • Improved the new hire onboarding experience by redesigning and implementing a more automated and efficient onboarding process

    Supported the Global Market Analysis Distillate group by researching, analyzing, and providing insights on global economic oil products trends: • Modified commodities supply and demand forecast models daily by analyzing global energy, economic, and geopolitical trends • Researched each Latin American country’s gasoline specification requirements and used this data to create an excel reference tool to be used by Phillips66 London commodities trading office • Developed excel model which calculates historical product price differentials based on the 2013 NYMEX Heating Oil contract specification change • Created excel reference tool that calculates yearly average product production rates for every refinery in the United States
