As a board advisor for Avalance, I work closely with Manan Shah to scale the operations and make critical business decisions.

Theseus Ventures is a boutique venture capital firm that formulates and implements the financial and negotiating strategies for mergers & acquisitions, buyouts, divestitures, and other corporate recapitalizations and restructurings, along with the necessary financing for these transactions. I partnered with Martin Fernandes (Chairman, Theseus Ventures) and the team in building long-term relationships with management teams of top companies identifying the best opportunities for our investors. With the knowledge of capital markets, technology, and a robust network, we could execute deals that were otherwise unavailable to the general private equity market in the emerging markets. We've deployed over $20B across multiple fields and advised clients, including but not limited to Adani Group, GMR Group, BSNL, Videocon, Airtel, Reliance, and Parle.

NEI Technologies was a prominent software enterprise leading the first wave of technology in the Indian market. At the cutting-edge of innovation, NEI was one of the first enterprises in India to develop, deploy, and run Advanced AI algorithms, manage end-to-end encrypted distributed databases, and implement IVR and web-based solutions. With my mission to bring technology to the masses of India, we launched the flagship product TomoGas™ connecting over 80 million houses for booking gas cylinders and emergency complaints 24 hours using IVRS, SMS, and Web/Mobile applications (introduced later). In an era before smartphones and mobile applications, TomoGas™ was the first to digitize gas bookings in India. Additionally, we were the first company to introduce a "4-digit telephone number" and implement an ad-tech solution with advanced data analytics and targeting capabilities. TomoGas™ developed and managed CRM backend systems for leading oil companies in India, including HPCL, BPCL, and IOCL while collaborating closely with the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Other products co-built and managed by NEI technologies include: - TomoYatra: Built-in collaboration with Yatra.com to enable real-time travel bookings. - TomoAirs: An automotive integrated voice response system designed in collaboration with various state and semi-state government agencies for their customer response management. - ClubHp: Built-in collaboration with HPCL for CRM management of petrol pumps and their clients across India.
