Partnered with the CEO/Co-founder as the company's first President. Responsible for Global P&L and directly managed CTO, Head of Product, Marketing and Operations (approx 75% of staff). Delivered rapid revenue growth driven by innovative/trendsetting partnerships with the largest celebrities & influencers in the world, combined with strong marketing, platform features and lifecycle management. Delivered 2X growth each year, positioning us to secure over $100M in fundraising ($30M Series B '20; $85M Series C '21).

Joined company pre-revenue and built the business to $150M+ revenues & 25% EBITDA. Successfully exited to Opera Software (OPRA/Norway stock exchange) for $350M+ in June 2014 (10X Return to Investors). Post earn-out, was promoted to head all of Opera Software's Advertising business, inclusive of 10 acquisitions and 700 employees in 20 offices globally.

    Integral member of the team that grew Activision from $87M in Rev to over $4B in Rev, achieving #1 global marketshare. Responsible for bringing Tony Hawk to Activision and building the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater brand - the company's first $1B Revenue franchise. Promoted 7 times to become Global Head of Marketing in 2006, owning global P&L, franchise planning, IP acquisition and 9-figure annual marketing budgets (TV, digital/social, PR, trade). Played leadership role in Blizzard merger, crafting marketing integration plans and delivering 8-figures in cost synergies. Over my 13 years at Activision, drove go to market plans for 100+ games including Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, Spiderman, X-Men, True Crime and the action sports line (Tony Hawk, Kelly Slater, etc), and delivered for over $5B in cumulative Revenue.
