Strengthened competitive position: storage reduction, security consistency, and quality of service and modernization of Domino App Development. Teams varied in size from 100 to 400 engineers and technicians. ゚ Worked closely with sales team in many customer saves and wins which maintained substantial product revenue and profitability ゚ Implemented hugely successful Lean/Agile approach for extremely large, preexisting software product line to reduce cycle time and waste, meet critical business needs and empower engineers. ゚ Delivery of many new product versions to cost, quality and schedule objectives for $1B product line. ゚ Led initiative and successfully resolved quality problems of large software product line.
