Reporting to the CEO, I was Tiny Mile's first Head of People and Talent. My role included everything to do with the employee lifecycle. With Tiny Mile, I hired 15+ full-time employees across Canada, the US, and South America. I also hired 30+ offshore contractors in the Philippines and India. I'm particularly proud of establishing a transparent compensation framework and strategy, including salary bands, pay survey information, and equity grants. This is in addition to building all our people programs from scratch.

I joined Forma.ai as the first Head of Talent after the Series A. Reporting to the CEO, I got to play a central role in driving growth and shaping culture. During my time with Forma.ai, I helped grow the company from 50 to 140+ employees, providing me with a fantastic opportunity to build recruitment programs at scale. I hired and managed a team of 1 Senior Recruiter, 3 Recruiters and 1 Recruitment Coordinator, who executed a thoughtful recruiting strategy. I strongly believe that recruiters are process managers, so I also created a Talent handbook and Talent competency matrix to measure our success.
