    Spearheaded the development of JPMorgan Chase Israel’s Innovation Strategy. Developed and curated the site strategy and its services. Oversaw multiple development teams including: JPM Institutional trading, ML Fraud, Blockchain, Authentication, FinTech, UX, Institutional Payment, Cyber Risk, and 10X Business Leads. Built a delivery Lab methodology to expedite third party proof of concepts related to Fintech initiatives. As the head of the site, my responsibilities included: managing local marketing, branding, HR, recruiting, and site operations teams. During my tenure, I have hired the entire operation and delivery teams, and tripled the site size. I was the first to establish local marketing and branding campaigns, set up groundbreaking partnering with key universities and NGO organizations, increased site diversity by increasing the number of Females and Israeli Arab employees, and set up global collaborations with JPM corporate and other technology sites, which resulted in the submission of several Intellectual Property (IP) patents.

    As a CTO at Bank Hapoalim, Yoav had many firsts for the bank. He was the first to develop an R&D Lab (PIL), the first to introduce AI into the bank call center (Poli a Hebrew speaking AI agent based on NLP&NLG), the first to launch a Blockchain summit in Israel, and worked closely with the Bank of Israel (the Israeli Bank Regulator) to launch the first redesign of bank guarantees using Blockchain technology, and the first P2P prototype named CashShare a precursor to the most successful P2P payment product in Israel known as bit, and first to develop a tight partnership between the academia (Technion) and the bank.

    Responsible for initiating and running DB's SOA strategy globally. Main focus on Investment Banking and Asset Management. Establishing centralized SLA management practices. Pioneered SOA within Deutsche Bank and was the global lead for all SOA initiatives Developed an SOA and BPM delivery Center of Excellence addressing governance, architecture, partnering, communication, training, delivery methodology, and security. Developed DB’s Open Source and Web 2.0 strategy Reengineered over-the-counter Security Request Process (SRP) using SOA, BPM, and Six Sigma solutions and concepts. Effort produced 25% reduction in headcount, STP through all possible sub processes, and reduction in cycle time from an average of 30 minutes to 2 minutes. Awarded DB’s “GTO Innovation Award 2007 Finalist” for launching and delivering best in class Service Oriented Infrastructure; reducing projects initiation cycle-time from 8 months to 7 days. The cycle time reduction was estimated to enable $.5B in revenue generation opportunities. Awarded for developing and delivering on a strategy to achieve operational transparency including dashboard reporting on pre-trade and overnight operations against target SLAs, and volumetric projections. Effort delivered using Open Source and Web 2.0 Technology. Represented the Bank in multiple industry forums among others: Gartner and the SOA Consortium
