    Helped scale the company through a rapid growth period after Series B round from top VCs such as Kaszek Ventures, Global Founders Capital and Redpoint e.Ventures. Later we raised the Series C round led by QED Investors and Invus Opportunities. Participated on the board and was responsible for building a diverse tech team of 60+ world class software and data engineers, product managers and designers. Our engineering team had over 35% women, which is significantly above US and Brazil national averages. Also spearheaded a portfolio of internal and customer facing products in Telco and Health verticals. During my time at Escale, we went through three acquisitions, launch of the new Health vertical and scaled the organization from 200 to over 700 people in less than two years. My main focus was helping to transform Escale into a tech company.

    Assembled and led a team of 10+ amazing engineers responsible for the roadmap and technical evolution of the core marketing automation platform. The complete rewrite and repositioning of the platform allowed us to scale to hundreds of millions of requests per hour, supporting some of the largest companies in Brazil. The company was later acquired by Mutant.

    Coordinated development of the web analytics product processing over 450 million events monthly. Later led a five person team on the email marketing list segmentation tool development improving performance by a factor of 10.
